“I booked a stay through Expedia at Embassy Suites by Hilton Syracuse Destiny USA and unfortunately experienced multiple significant issues during the stay. Our first room had no functioning electrical outlets and the in-room phone did not work. After several unanswered attempts to contact the front desk from my personal phone, we were moved to another room. The second room also had several problems including a broken refrigerator, a broken kitchenette drain, a non-working television, and again...

“Personale impreparato a fornire risposte sia per la mancata conoscenza che per la lingua inglese. Solo un ascensore funzionante per un albergo di 6 piani. Stanza un po’ rumorosa in quanto adiacente all’ascensore e mancava isolamento acustico. ”

At first I thought it was no big deal, these things happen. But when we were placed in the correct room, there was no heat and no hot water and it was single...

“The room was spotless. The amenities amazing! Outdoor pool in the winter, hot tubs and indoor pools. Great for kids!!!”

“the room was great, the breakfast area was great. Only thing was that the employee storage area door was really squeaky, the pool was just around the corner and very loud.”

“The biggest problem was that most of the towels and linens had hair on them of some sort. Hair that was not mine. The towels in the bathroom were still wet from the laundry service. The shower barely worked. What saved the stay was the morning staff that I had. She was very sweet and caring. ”

“The hotel was decent but our room was at the end of the hallway next to a staircase and door. All night long we heard people and the door opening and closing. ”

“The in room whirl pool was dirty. We did not use it. The pool down stairs had A LOT of hair and scum floating in the water. The pool was cold and the hot tub was not hot. The fridge in the room froze all of our stuff. Including our fresh veggies and fruit. The WiFi was spotty. I don’t think we will choose this property again. ”

“Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”
